Join Chef Robert for an evening of fine dining and exquisite cuisine with this upscale cooking class, perfect for a date night or unique party with friends. Combining New American style and a passion for gastronomy, Chef Robert will walk you through the steps of creating a truly elegant selection of tapas.
Taste and cook your way through four different small bites recipes. Under an experienced chef’s guidance, you will create seared tuna wonton tostadas, classic European brochettes, Oregon Bay shrimp and endive, and a sweet, seasonal fruit tartlet for dessert. Each recipe will teach you a variety of new cooking skills to add to your culinary repertoire.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
