Begin class by crafting a basic pasta dough, followed by savory herbed pasta with red wine and mushrooms. Continue your pasta exploration with pumpkin ravioli and sage butter, then complete your experience on a high note with goat cheese tortellini and fresh tomato concassé. Take your newly learned recipes home to create smiles around the table.
Guests are welcome to bring a non-alcoholic beverage. Beer and wine are available to purchase onsite.
