In a comprehensive set of courses, Chef Gill instructs you in the techniques behind creating exquisite meals with the correct knife techniques, Chef May guides you through preparing homemade sauces, and Chef John introduces you to everything egg. All chefs are dedicated professionals who love sharing their vast culinary knowledge with students in an environment that promotes teamwork and creativity.
The knife skills course gives you the opportunity to prepare everything from savory Asian chicken slaw to decadent fresh fruit crumble, so you can create and then enjoy each delicious morsel. In the classic sauces class, you will prepare such items as mouthwatering romesco sauce with grilled shrimp and zesty salsa verde with polenta. The final course features a distinct egg menu that features such classics as divine homemade English muffins and tempting fluffy scrambles.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Gill’s culinary background is an impressive one. He began his career 32 years ago when he worked as dishwasher and line cook in Washington, D.C. After high school, he attended Johnson and Wales University, the Cordon Bleu Paris and finished an externship in the United Kingdom. He then headed to New York City where he worked in small restaurants before landing in L.A. where he worked at a restaurant and taught at Le Cordon Bleu Los Angeles.
