Learn to make fresh pasta dough that cooks beautifully every time.

Make fresh pasta from scratch in this fun cooking class in Houston. Guided by Chef Monica or a resident chef, you’ll prepare spinach pasta dough, roast winter squash for a seasonal fettuccine dish and cook linguine with walnut sage cream sauce and crispy prosciutto. Finally, enjoy a caramel and vanilla affogato for dessert. This cooking class in Houston combines hands-on learning with delicious results for anyone who loves Italian cooking.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
