Cozymeal is an unprofessional and disorganized. After traveling greater than 1.5 hours and struggling to locate the cooking class I was informed that there was no record of my reservation. Upon calling cozymeal, whom I booked this class through, I was informed that they failed to notify me that they had to “cancel” my reservation. Money wasn’t refunded prior, I received an email of confirmation and hour prior the the scheduled class, and this request to rate an experience that we weren’t able to participate in. They did nothing to compensate for their error nor was my money refunded immediately. I will never use cozymeal again and will strongly discourage anyone else from doing so too.
