Cook side by side in a playful Italian culinary experience.

Celebrate amore in this indulgent Italian cooking class in The Woodlands. Learn to prepare shrimp scampi served over fresh homemade spaghetti, toss a crisp shaved radish, fennel and herb salad and finish the evening with a rustic pear crostata topped with clouds of whipped cream. Along the way, Chef Boris or one of the talented resident chefs will guide you in mastering homemade pasta dough from scratch. This romantic cooking class in The Woodlands is the perfect date night activity, blending delicious flavors with hands-on fun. Whether it’s your first date or your hundredth, you’ll create tasty memories together.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Absolutely loved the class. I'm an experienced baker and have wanted to make macarons. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class so much, I'm considering taking the class again as it was so much fun!!!

Steak salad and pasta. This was supposed to be a date night. Had to share everything with another couple. Class overly full. No chairs had to stand for almost 3 hours. It is not sanitary to have other people I don’t know using their bare hands in my food. It was way too loud with so many people that I couldn’t even hear the chef’s instructions. I would not recommend this class as a date night activity. The steak was tough to chew and the dessert was not gelato like advertised it was just melted ice cream. The pasta was amazing and the chef was nice.
