Learn more about traditional Italian cooking including all four courses of antipasto, primo, secondo, and dolce. A 12-year veteran of the restaurant industry, Chef Carolina brings the experience from a legacy of wholesome cooking in her family as well as a drive to promote natural, unprocessed foods.

Italian food is much more diverse than pasta and red sauce, and in this hands-on class, Chef Carolina will instruct on the finer details of salad ingredient pairing, stuffed meat preparation, glazed vegetables, and cake. Join your teammates in assembling, braising, roasting, and baking a divine Italian feast and enjoy your creations at the end of the class.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I have been surrounded by good food all my life - my mother and grandmother were always in the kitchen cooking, and I learned many secrets to authentic ethnic Mexican food. This has been my inspiration for creating menus full of natural, unprocessed foods.
