Motoko was great! She was instructive, brought fresh materials from her own garden and introduced us to them, and was an all-around lovely person. The food was delicious too!

Chef Motoko prepared a delicious and healthy Japanese lunch for us. She sourced many of the incredibly fresh ingredients for the meal from her own garden. A few of the ingredients I had never tasted before and we loved the flavors. Chef Motoko helped teach us how to make a simple and flavorful sushi bowl as well as a very unique miso soup both of which I can’t wait to make at home. I really liked Chef Motoko who was personable with a homespun style of instruction that was very easy to understand.  Â
