Capture the fusion flavors inspired by the Big Easy

Discover Louisiana Creole cooking and all that makes it unique. A sumptuous blend of French, Spanish, West African, Amerindian, German, Italian and Irish influences comprise the foundation of American Southern cooking. In this class, focus on the specialties from New Orleans and break them down by mastering a roux and a flambé.

Chef Chericia’s culinary education began early in her mother’s kitchen in our country’s capital. She continued her training in gourmet food markets and high-end hotels and has developed an expansive palate, embracing flavors from all over the world.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
