Capture the fusion flavors inspired by the Big Easy.

Discover Louisiana Creole cooking and all that makes it unique. A sumptuous blend of French, Spanish, West African, Amerindian, German, Italian and Irish influences comprise the foundation of American Southern cooking.

In this hands-on class, you'll focus on the specialties from New Orleans and break them down by mastering a roux and a flambé. Some of the recipes you can look forward to preparing include crispy hush puppies, classic jambalaya peppered with chicken and andouille sausage and decadent bananas Foster for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Chericia was AMAZING! Hands down, one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. She is so patient and kind when explaining things. My partner and I felt very relaxed and truly had the best time. The food is top notch! So delicious! Everything we’ve eaten has been incredible! We will definitely be having Chef Cher back to learn more of her techniques and eat more incredible food! Highly recommend!
