An unforgettable, cozy family experience! We took this gluten-free dumpling cooking class to celebrate my and my daughter’s birthdays, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! We had SUCH a good time with Chef Parsati!! She made the class a very welcoming experience, in a homey setting, with plenty of hands-on instruction and fun. The recipes are _delicious_! My wife and I will 100% be making them in our kitchen, especially since Chef Parsati specifically talked about ways that we could adapt what she taught us to make them even more simple and easily even for a weeknight dinner. I really appreciated that she was super-cognizant of our dietary restrictions and went the extra mile to make sure our concerns were addressed and the meal was enjoyable for everyone involved.

I took Chef Parsati’s vegetarian Japanese cooking class with my niece, and we absolutely loved it! The class was hands-on, beautifully organized, and full of flavor.
