Cooking Class - Crafting Korean Fried Chicken

What You’ll Do

Use your favorite Joyce Chen shears to help you create the ultimate Korean fried chicken.

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll use your Joyce Chen shears to create a Korean-inspired feast centered around the iconic Korean fried chicken; crispy, golden and coated in a sticky garlic glaze that’s utterly addictive. You’ll also master the art of dumpling-making, mixing a savory pork and green onion filling and learning the proper folding technique before dipping them in a flavorful sesame sauce. To round out the meal, you’ll prepare a refreshing marinated cucumber salad, adding a cool, crisp contrast to the bold, rich flavors on the plate.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Teacher was great! The class felt a bit crowded. I would have preferred two to a station rather than four.
