Turn up the heat on your next date night with this flavorful Southeast Asian–inspired cooking class. You and your partner will start by rolling fresh shrimp spring rolls, paired with a rich, homemade peanut dipping sauce that’s good enough to eat by the spoonful. Then, grill juicy lemongrass and chile-marinated chicken, served with a light and refreshing rice noodle salad to balance the spice. Finally, indulge your sweet tooth with homemade cream puffs, filled to the brim with a silky coffee-infused cream.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Italian pasta/salad - it was delicious and Chef Peter was great!! He was a joy to learn from...very easy to follow and had a good sense of humor to boot!
