Cooking Class - Cooking Vegan

Join Chef Judith and learn how to make a delicious Italian meal without the use of animal products!

Meat and cheese are staples of Italian cuisine, but that doesn’t mean you can’t recreate your favorite dishes without them. Chef Judith has worked in the culinary arts for over ten years and will show you some helpful tips and tricks to make Italian classics without animal ingredients.

Your meal with consist of a pasta course as well as a salad course. For your salad Chef Judith will show you how to create a classic caprese salad--usually made with mozzarella cheese--from entirely vegan ingredients. The entree of the evening will be spaghetti made of zucchini noodles and topped with a deliciously saucy vegan stew.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
