Make date night special when you join Chef Julia for an intimate lesson in making your own seasonal soup and stew. Chef Julia has years of professional experience and will walk you through her favorite recipes, then leave leftovers in your fridge for the rest of the week.
Learn the key to a flavorful homemade vinaigrette as you start with a light, fresh salad. Second, Chef Julia will teach you how to make a spiced winter squash soup, perfect for a chilly day. Last, you will learn how to make Chef Julia’s recipe for chicken and vegetable stew, served over warm polenta.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Julia was excellent! She arrived on time, was prepared, and was an excellent teacher. We had amazing fish tacos and will definitely be incorporating some of Julia's tips and tricks into our daily lives. Julia is friendly, professional, funny, and an excellent chef!
Chef Julia has over 15 years experience in the culinary world but her passion for food began when she was very young. Raised in an Italian-American household, she got a first-hand education on the importance of high-quality, home-cooked food. Growing up in the kitchen taught her that cooking is not a tedious chore, rather something to be truly enjoyed. Today it is her passion to teach people how to have fun in their home kitchens making delicious and nutritious food.
