Learn Chef Katie’s secrets to a luscious seasonal brunch
Create a decadent brunch that you can enjoy together this Fall. Chef Katie will guide you through three of her classic recipes in this intimate cooking class for two.
Start with a crisp root vegetable and sweet potato hash, topped with a perfectly poached egg. Create homemade turkey sausage studded with fresh, ripe apple. Then learn the techniques behind Chef Katie’s famous warm pumpkin cinnamon rolls, topped with a luscious layer of cream cheese frosting.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Katie's pasta is delicious and making it is SO simple when you follow her instructions. As a cook that has tried to make pasta on my own twice before, it was a blessing to finally find someone other than youtube to show me how it's done! Excellent class!

I have attended probably 10+ pasta making classes and have seen many different techniques. One of the things I really like about Chef Katie is that she doesn't use any expensive pasta making machines but relies on the basic tools to make pasta. This enables class attendants to redo everything they learn easily at home. The dinner we made in this cooking class was delicious and the dessert was to die for. I recommend this class to anyone who is looking for a fun cooking class in Boston. Thank you Chef Katie!

Chef Travels to You
I grew up on the North Shore of Massachusetts. After one year in nursing school, I decided to pursue my passion of cooking. In 2006, I started culinary school and worked at restaurants in and around Boston for the next three years. In 2009 I moved to New York where I worked at Rough Tomate, a 1 Michelin Star restaurant. I moved back to Boston a few years later and currently focus on Holistic Health & Nutrition, to better serve and educate my clients on how to eat and cook for health.
