Cooking Class - Romance in Marrakesh - Date Night

Chef Eric was a fantastic host & chef. He has a great energy as well as comprehensive knowledge & expertise. It was a pleasure to be in his class & we hope to try another one!

Chef Eric is fantastic! He's knowledgeable, charismatic, patient and super supportive. He made me feel like a A+ student in class. It was very easy to follow his instructions and he is a very pleasant teacher overall. I will be looking for more classes with chef Eric! And of course everything was delicious!

Chef Nick and his team were knowledgeable and attentive for our staff event last week and made a last-minute accommodation for a vegetarian entree. Bravo!

Mimi, Jonathan and Robert were all very friendly, knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire class. I would definitely recommend and can't wait to book another class with them!

Chef Eric is an amazingly skilled professional who appears to be extremely passionate, knowledgeable, and informative about food. He made me and my best friend feel very comfortable and we left with a new found love for sushi! Definitely excited to take more classes!!

This class was outstanding!! Heather made the class very hands-on; she showed me a few new cooking tricks, which I greatly appreciated; the 3 items were delicious, which I will make again; and she made the class lots of fun. But most of all I feel much more comfortable in making the perfect pie crust! I will definitely take more classes. Thank you.

Chris was the chef that taught us how to make our breakfast and made the experience very memorable. Very professional and kind.

We didn't end up having Chef Eric, which was disappointing because we booked this class specifically after reading his reviews. Instead, the chef we got seemed untrained/unfamiliar with teaching a cooking class. When we arrived, he was still reading the recipe, and he seemed at a loss multiple times throughout the class. His attitude was odd; he was very vulgar and didn't seem to like answering questions, which is part of what made it seem like he hadn't had much experience teaching. He also spent extra time with certain people and offered no help or conversation to others. The worst of it came towards the end, the class was running behind, and he got the pans way too hot to cook the Bok Choy. When he went to deglaze the pan that I was working next to, he added too much water to the already way too hot pan and gave it a hard shake, causing the oil and water to splash out of the pan and onto my face and torso. Fortunately, the burns weren't too bad and have only left some minor red marks on my face one day later, but it did get oil stains on the shirt I was wearing that I couldn't get out. I was looking forward to this class, but was disappointed.

Great work by the whole team - it was an enjoyable experience for all ages (note that Chef Eric was not the one running this but the chef who did was also very kind / helpful)

Overall great experience! The recipe was really delicious, better than I expected. The instructor made the ice cream and I was hoping that we’d learn that part - as I knew how to cook everything else. A good time nonetheless!

Great class!! Very instructive and fun!

We didn’t have Eric but some woman. Instructions weren’t that thought out and for groups of four, more equipment should have been available. You should offer classes for groups of 2. Not enough hands on time with four people and you can’t experience cooking the meal.

My wife Christine and I went there for our first cooking class together. We had a great time, learned a lot, and certainly are going there again!

Very friendly and made good food. Was with the resident who seemed a bit newer but very sweet. Enjoyed the location!

I had the greatest time at my cooking class! The food was so good and the chef was fun and and taught many helpful hints during the class! I will be taking a cooking class again very soon!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this cooking class and had so much fun! Would have been better with a little wine or champagne but it was great. We've already made a few of the dishes!!

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!

Chef Tanya and Jake, the cooking instructors, were terrific! They not only shared valuable tips for cooking but also for prepping and cleaning the station. I was thrilled with the class and can't wait to sign up for another one. If you're interested, book your spot on a Saturday or Sunday.

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Ready to register for my next class. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Taken many classes, this so far is the best, easy and delicious. chefs are so good and make it fun and easy!!

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

It was so much fun! Learned several techniques from Chef Miguel and the food was amazing. I believe the small class size helped. I would recommend this class.
