In this class, you will learn to choose the perfect ingredients from your local farmer’s market to prepare savory dishes that are healthy without compromising on flavor. Chef Ryan has been a chef for over 20 years and enjoys passing on his expert knowledge in a personalized setting for couples.
Begin your culinary journey by preparing a tantalizing and nutritious farmer’s market salad, followed by savory oven roasted vegetables. Continue with a flavorful quinoa stuffed bell pepper. For dessert, you will be preparing a decadent fresh fruit and lemon curd tartlette.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
