Indulge your palate while learning to fillet an entire fish into individual portions and cook a full meal with the expert guidance of Chef Ryan. In addition to his decades of culinary experience, he is a restaurateur that has cooked for such luminaries as President Bill Clinton. Chef Ryan enjoys sharing his passion for cuisine and creates an environment that is welcoming and free from intimidation.
Your class begins with learning to prepare a flavorful watermelon and goat cheese salad topped with luscious basil vinaigrette. From there, you will create a succulent pistachio-crusted fillet of fish. Your culinary journey concludes with decadent oven roasted pears with chocolate mousse and creamy caramelized honey.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
