Cooking Class - International Fresh Bread

What You’ll Do

Craft different types of bread from across the globe.

Explore bread-making in all its authentic glory during this exciting cooking class. An esteemed chef will guide you through the fundamentals, from working with yeast like a pro to proofing your dough. Then, you'll start by crafting authentic Irish cheddar and spring onion soda bread from scratch, followed by beginner-friendly Italian rosemary and roasted garlic focaccia. To finish off, you'll end this wholesome day of baking with soft pesto rolls.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
