If you’ve always wanted to learn the time-honored techniques of making your own pasta from scratch, this class is for you. Chef Ricky has years of professional cooking experience and is ready to pass his knowledge down for using in your own kitchen.
Start off class with hot, fluffy focaccia bread before you begin your foray into pasta creation. Then, the main event. Chef Ricky will show the the ropes as you whip up fresh pasta worthy of an Italian Sunday supper, topped with a creamy lemon herb sauce and Kumato tomatoes. Don’t forget dessert! Your meal will wrap up with decadent balsamic berries topped with a lemon mascarpone cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
