Learn to create classic sauces with endless variations

Chef Tiffany is skilled at teaching step-by-step instructions that will help you and your partner create classic French and Italian sauces for seafood, poultry and even pears.

You and your partner will create a delicious three course dinner of scallops with a creamy white wine, lemon sauce, followed by chicken with either Picatta or Marsala sauce with glazed, wine-poached pears for dessert. These three sauces will be deconstructed as Chef Tiffany shows you how to create variations to suit every meal.

Guests are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy with your meal.

Chef Tiffany, who was born and raised in Maryland, grew up with deep Southern influences from her mother. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, has taught extensively in schools and has a passion for spreading the knowledge of the culinary world to cooks of all levels.
