Learn to create a variety of sauces for scallops, chicken and poached pears

In this hands-on, three hour class learn to make classic French and Italian sauces as Chef Tiffany demonstrates step-by-step.

You and your guests will learn how to make sauces using the same pan you cook in with simple techniques that you can repeat with varying combinations of wine, vinegar, stock and herbs forever.

Guests are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy with your meal.

Chef Tiffany teaches high school kids to cook so she has learned to be clear and concise but she lets guests really get hands-on too which is great. One student is put in charge of the beurre blanc sauce, as another makes angel hair pasta. The steps were simple but sure fun and everyone had a blast. Not only that but the resulting food was awesome. From the light creamy shrimp pasta to rich gooey chocolate walnut brownies. Super delicious, super fun.
