Cooking Class - Vanishing Vegetables for 2

Invite a partner or friend to join you as you learn to make meals with vital vegetables

You and your guest will enjoy this class taught by experienced teacher Chef Tiffany. Few of us eat enough vegetables, but in this hands-on class you will learn to sneak vegetables into your daily routine in delicious ways.

First you and your partner will create creamy smoothies with hidden greens, then you will make a refreshing summer ratatouille served with fresh, warm zucchini bread.

Guests are welcome to bring beer or wine to enjoy with your meal.
