What You’ll Do

Practice a fundamental cooking skill at this informative class.

Build foundational kitchen skills at this chopping focussed cooking class. Guided by the expert chef, you’ll learn professional tips to sharpen knives and keep them in premium condition. You’ll also practice different cuts as you prep vegetables and meat to create a menu of cucumber salad, fresh rice paper rolls and chicken with ginger and scallions.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I enjoyed our time! The food turned out great! Chef Bradford was energetic, engaging and kind. It was our first cooking class and we didn’t know what to expect but we would definitely recommend. We made crab cakes, steak and a melted lava cake.
