Say goodbye to supermarket dips, pickles, and jams now that you’re in the capable hands of Chef Marlene, an experienced French chef with a passion for handmade foods. Learn her secrets to luscious dips full of fresh ingredients, vibrant homemade pickles, and delectable seasonal jams.
Add sophistication to your favorite snacks as you create handmade hummus, a succulent parmesan and white wine spread, and a classic bean dip spiked with bright, spicy chili. Learn how to sterilize jars and the process of pickling as you make classic cucumber dill pickles. Cook ripe, seasonal fruits into five different mouthwatering jams. Chef Marlene will guide you through her famous jam recipes, including her lemon poppyseed and a transcendent, French-inspired pear and lavender pairing.
Guests are welcome to bring beer or wine to enjoy during class. If your class is under the minimum, Chef Marlene is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 35% of the per person rate.
