Class begins with a delicate amuse bouche to stimulate the palate followed by a vivid green gazpacho, which you will learn how to expertly plate with an eye-catching swirl of contrasting sauce. Luscious tomato-herb crusted salmon is blanketed with ripe summer herbs and tomatoes, while her techniques elevate simple rice pilaf into a symphony of texture and flavor. This satisfying 5 course meal ends with a buttery strawberry tartlet where juicy seasonal strawberries are balanced on a thick layer of decadent banana cream.
