If your mother loves brunch, treat her to this unique experience with Chef Lee in which she will show you how to create a simple and beautiful spread with lots of Mediterranean flair.
This brunch class is bursting with bright Mediterranean flavors and includes a carrot salad spiced with sweet dates, an herby green salad with a tart lemon dressing, a smooth tahini dressing, and a basil-spiked shakshuka. You'll end class with chai-infused poached pears garnished with lemon whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
