During this 4-hour hands-on class, you will learn a from-scratch method for fresh dough making and create an amazing pizza! Chef Jason will teach you about oven temperatures, layering, time, and technique. At the end of the evening, you will leave with easy to follow recipes you can use at home. Feel free to bring a bottle of your favorite beer, as one of the recipes will be a beer pizza dough. You are also invited to bring your own beverage to enjoy with the classes.
