Cooking Class - An Authentic Taste of Morocco

What You’ll Do

Discover the zesty flavors of gourmet Morrocan cuisine in an interactive class.

Jump into the tasty dishes of Morocco with a hands-on cooking class. Learn to make restaurant-quality cuisine from a five-star professional chef in an engaging environment. Master new skills in the kitchen while cooking through a multi-course menu of authentic Moroccan fare. Start with a light arugula and almond salad topped with spiced apricots. Next, prepare seared Moroccan steak with parsley-cilantro oil with a side of spiced roasted carrots topped with spicy harissa yogurt. End class with sweet almond and date tarts for dessert.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Cooked a delicious lobster pasta! Everything from the burrata crostini to the handmade dough was delightful. Chef Thomas stood in for Chef William, and it was such a fun experience! Can’t believe I enjoyed the fennel salad so much. Learning how to supreme an orange and work on knife skills was a blast!
