Cooking Class - Cooking With Fresh Produce

What You'll Do

Put fresh produce to good use while crafting a delectable feast.

Learn how to cook with fresh, nutritious produce in this hands-on cooking class. You'll work alongside a world-class chef who will teach you how to make luscious, creamy polenta served with mushroom ragù. Then, you'll craft a citrusy-fresh blood orange, hazelnut and fennel salad to enjoy with your main. End the class on a cool note with tangerine Champagne sorbet made from scratch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
