Learn how to create restaurant-quality seafood at home with Chef Gill!
While seafood can be intimidating to take on at home, this class led by Chef Gill will give you the skills and confidence to source and cook fresh and nourishing seafood meals at home.
In this class, you'll learn an array of bright and beautiful California coastal preparations for popular types of fish and shellfish. You'll master three main dishes including a poached shrimp with a punchy lime ginger sauce, simply sautéed herb-forward trout, fail-proof roast salmon, as well as a fantastic all-purpose side dish of new potatoes and chard. To top off the night, you'll end the class with a creamy lemon possett.

Meet your chef
Chef Gill’s culinary background is an impressive one. He began his career 32 years ago when he worked as dishwasher and line cook in Washington, D.C. After high school, he attended Johnson and Wales University, the Cordon Bleu Paris and finished an externship in the United Kingdom. He then headed to New York City where he worked in small restaurants before landing in L.A. where he worked at a restaurant and taught at Le Cordon Bleu Los Angeles.
