Chef Marisa trained alongside the masters in Italy, and now she’ll share her expert knowledge with you. Join her as she teaches you everything you need to know to make a delectable pasta dinner that pairs beautifully with warm weather.
Start the meal off with zesty galettes made with zucchini, lemon, and creamy ricotta. Then, it’s time for pasta. You will learn how to create pillowy gnocchi made with spring peas, topped with morels and finished with a bright Meyer lemon beurre noisette. Next you’ll make linguine with fresh, roasted asparagus, tomatoes, and topped with homemade almond pesto. Skillet greens with crispy fried shallots and cider gastrique ties everything together, creating the perfect side dish.
