Create a signature gnocchi recipe from Sardinia with Chef James.

If you are already familiar with Italian gnocchi, then you will love Chef James’ gnocchetti sardi. Unlike conventional gnocchi, Sardinian gnocchetti contains no potato, and is made with semolina flour. Chef James’ passion for cooking is well-paired to his Italian and Spanish-inspired creations which are sure to impress at your next dinner party.

Learn to make the regional gnocchetti from the island of Sardinia as well as Chef James’ signature sauce of San Marzano tomatoes, sweet Italian sausage, white wine, and saffron. Enjoy a platter of antipasti to start and follow with a green salad. End on a sweet note with a traditional Quesada Pasiega from Cantabria, Spain.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our experience with Chef James was fantastic! He is very warm, welcoming, knowledgable of his food and a great chef! This was my 2nd time making a meal with him - we did the Sardinian Gnocchi and loved it! Delicious meal. 5 stars all around!

Chef James was great! He was interactive, extremely detailed and very patient. He interacted with each member and offered many suggestions for substitutes ingredients. I recommend Cozymeals for sure, specifically Chef James.
