Rather than going out for a food coma-inducing brunch, why not learn to make a luxurious feast yourself? With over two decades of restaurant experience, Chef Andy, will teach you how to whip up a classic Southern brunch.
Class will start off with flaky biscuits drenched in sausage gravy, before you move on to a breakfast casserole stuffed with eggs, cheese, potatoes and broccoli. Conclude with ultra-Southern, decadent banana pudding with bruleed banana. Chef Andy invites you to bring along wine to enjoy with the class.
