You’ll prepare a hearty, slow-cooked cassoulet, perfect for a comforting meal. Discover how to brown butter to nutty perfection while crafting a simple yet elegant green bean dish. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class lasted only 1.5 hours not 2.5. There were no skills taught. Not even basic knife skills. It was like cooking a meal box that I could get delivered to my home. No, it was worse. Everything was already prepped. the only prep that we did was mince garlic and cut herbs.

I would have hoped they would have been able to roll out dough and measure ingredients to learn more. But my granddaughter had fun and loved the cookies.
