In this French class, learn how to create the perfect crêpes and pain perdu- also known as French toast, with Chef Marlene!
You'll start off with creating two different kinds of crêpes: a "savory" crêpe filled with ham, cheese, and béchamel sauce and a "sweet" crêpe infused with sugar and fresh lemon. Afterwards, Chef Marlene will show you have to create the fluffiest pain perdu, smeared with homemade jam. The perfect balance for those want to have their cake and eat it too!
Guests are welcome to bring beer or wine to enjoy during class. If your class is under the minimum, Chef Marlene is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 35% of the per person rate.
