Learn how The Smoking Gun from Breville can make the best smoked hot honey, which you’ll use to glaze and cook your chicken. You'll then make buttermilk biscuits and roasted butternut squash with mozzarella, arugula and toasted nuts. Finally, you will use the Breville Paradice Food Processor to make a classic fall dessert, such as apple crisp with cinnamon ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

instructor (not Eric) was great, except she talked way too fast. Biggest complaint is that the dishes were all far too salty. This wasn’t because of salt we added, but because of the premixed items provided to us. It’s especially concerning since we brought my 87 year old father, who has a serious heart condition. I am almost positive that I mentioned his special dietary requirement when making the reservation.
