A romantic evening of pasta, seafood, and sweet delights together.
Invite your partner to an indulgent Italian-inspired date night in this hands-on cooking class. Work together to create fresh pasta dough, rolling, cutting, and hand-forming it alongside your favorite person. The chef instructor will guide you in preparing a fresh, flavorful salad and delicious shrimp scampi to pair with your pasta. For dessert, learn to perfectly poach pears in white wine for a classic Italian treat you'll both love.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Stuart was great! We truly enjoyed our fist cooking class date night. Chef shared a few cooking tips, which we appreciated. And he has a great sense of humor ? we took a group picture which I would love to share and will send via email. Thanks for a great night.

It was a great experience, the taste of the food we prepared was amazing, I was really blown away. I just wish that the set up would be in a way that each participant would do all the steps rather than sharing a set up with other participant.

What a fun experience. Got to learn new dishes and techniques with a fun group of people and a great instructor and support staff. Would highly recommend.

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and skills through immersive cooking classes.
