Chef Vanessa's class was so much fun! Her chocolate hazelnut gelato is so delicious, and the perfect ending to any good meal. Chef Vanessa was very kind and patient, answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful. Her personality is very welcoming and bright. I look forward to taking another dessert and baking class with Chef Vanessa!
Baking has always been a passion of mine – Since I was a child I’ve always wanted to challenge myself in the culinary world. I believe there is something very special about cooking & baking from scratch, using one’s own hands and wholesome ingredients. I attended culinary school in Sonoma County and earned degrees in Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management as well as Baking & Pastry. I’ve worked with several catering companies, local restaurants and a gluten-free bakery.
