What You’ll Do

Embark on this cooking class and journey through South America with an expert chef. You'll learn to make grilled flank steak with vibrant salsa criolla, perfectly seasoned grilled corn with chile, lime, and cotija cheese and delicious cheese-stuffed masa cakes known as pupusas. Finish with a delightful dulce de leche ice cream. Discover new flavors and techniques that will elevate your home cooking.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We attended the 4:00 pm class on Apr 19th and it was so much fun. Our chef was amazing and such a great teacher. We made steak and gnocchi. By the way, will we be emailed the recipes? Mike Mitchell
