This review is for the Chronicles of Croissant making class. This was a 9 am Saturday class, and it was a full class. The class was originally listed to be taught by Chef Anthony. It ended up being taught by chef Bailey, who was amazing. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Her assistant Xcel( Not sure if I spelled that correctly) was also really sweet and helpful! I walked in 5 mins late, as I had to walk all the way around to find the place, so instructions were already given, but I quickly caught the attention of Xcel who told me which team I was on. I was paired with this other girl who also came solo, and this older couple. They were all are friendly bunch but, I was a bit disappointed that we had to cram on one side or the table with one mixer. I learned a few things about croissant making but, I would have preferred to have two mixers, where two of us could have made one batch and the other couple could have made another batch of croissants. It's very challenging to follow directions when everyone is talking over another in the groups, and wanting to take turns. What was also disappointing was the amount of croissants. They were much smaller than I expected and we each got to take home 6 tiny pieces. For almost a $100 per person I expected a lot more and a more hands on experience. Overall, I enjoyed the class and learning a few things. I felt like a kid in a candy store. Or you love baking, definitely stop by and pick up some great baking dishes or utensils. They have a great selection. I think that if I decided to take another class like this, I would only come if I had my own group of 4, so it's actually worth the experience for me.

It was a very nice experience. I would prefer not to share with another couple though unless they came with us. It was a delightful time though.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.
