After you learn about the tool’s anatomy, you’ll discover how to use a boning knife, paring knife, chef’s knife and a slicer too. Meet your chef
As a youngster, Chef John would skip school to make tomato soup and grilled cheese from scratch at home. Decades later, his passion for fresh food is just as strong as it ever was. He headed to college where he befriended and learned from chefs from the Caribbean, Southwest, Mexico and the South. Today, he travels to the Southwest and the South to discover new and exciting cooking techniques.
