Learn to craft a meal in this fantastic fall feast featuring Wüsthof knives cooking class. Join a top-rated chef and create new seasonal recipes filled with autumn flavors. Learn improved knife skills using the pro-grade Wüsthof knives for mincing herbs, chopping vegetables and cutting up poultry. Since 1814 Wüsthof has created knives of superior craftmanship using traditional artisanship for the past seven generations. By the end of the class, you will have mastered knife skills to create fantastic cuisine all fall long.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
For public cooking classes, menu changes cannot be made. For private events, most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted prior to the event. Please mention this in the message field when you submit your booking request.
Adjustments cannot be made during the event.

Overall great experience! The recipe was really delicious, better than I expected. The instructor made the ice cream and I was hoping that we’d learn that part - as I knew how to cook everything else. A good time nonetheless!

We didn’t have Eric but some woman. Instructions weren’t that thought out and for groups of four, more equipment should have been available. You should offer classes for groups of 2. Not enough hands on time with four people and you can’t experience cooking the meal.

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!
