Discover how to make fresh and tasty Mediterranean cuisine
There’s a reason why Mediterranean cuisine is so popular, and it’s because it’s so delicious! Chef Clemence will teach you her cooking skills she refined in France so you can whip you very own tasty dishes from the Med.
You might not be able to take a trip out there, but you can bring the tasty cuisine into your home. You’ll start by sourcing all the ingredients from the farmer’s markets or grocery store and get cooking.
Begin by making roasted eggplant with labneh yogurt sauce, then whip up housemade hummus before moving on to roasted chicken with olives and finishing with falafel.

What a great class! Chef John Pitblado was so delightful, added some humor to our serious bread baking. I will definitely take another class with him.

Meet your chef
Chef Clemence was born in Paris and developed a taste for buttery, sweet and chocolate-filled pastries early in her life. And her love for chocolate has never waned. Her parents moved from France to Washington, D.C. where she perfected her chocolate chip cookie recipe. She studied film in Syracuse, New York, worked at Fox in L.A. for a stint before her friends convinced her to open a dessert company. Besides teaching, she also develops recipes and serves as a food consultant.
