Delve into traditional techniques using modern ingredients in this classic French cooking class. Begin by rolling savory crêpes filled with ham and melted Gruyère, then mince and blend up an herby compound butter to melt over grilled asparagus. Enjoy a sweet ending with a buttery apple and custard tart with brandy-infused cream.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
