Welcome to the world of French pastry, starting with homemade laminated dough.
Discover the magic between every layer of a flaky French croissant with this chef-led cooking class. Start by rolling out butter and carefully layering, rolling and turning your dough to make perfect laminations. After chilling and resting your pastry dough, shape and bake buttery croissants in sweet and savory varieties.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
