Transport yourself to a Parisian bistro for this flavorful date night.

Make your own fancy French restaurant in this date night cooking class. Under the guidance of a chef instructor craft a dinner for two by pan-roasting poultry with a side of creamy brown butter mashed potatoes. You'll master the techniques of traditional French cuisine and finish with a decadent French custard for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Erick and his assistants did an amazing job guiding us. We made a delicious NY strip steak with an olive tapenade, sautéed shrimp, small roasted potatoes and an absolutely delicious Panna cotta. We had such a fun and informative time and learned some skills which will be very handy. Can’t wait sign up for more classes! Thanks Chef Erick and staff!

Excellent evening - We will definitely apply what we learned at home - making the pasta was especially fun! Chef Kelly is an enthusiastic and fun teacher. We want to come back to learn how to make dumplings and pastries!

Resident Chef and he his assistant were great. Although the risotto lacked sufficient flavor, the soufflé and scallops were tasty. I like that they get everyone involved with the cooking and taught some helpful techniques that make prep easier.

Chef Dagny and her apprentice worked very well together to explain not only the ingredients but the chemistry of how they worked together and how the heat affects the outcome of the product. And they adjusted well with any kinks that may have come up. Everything was absolutely delicious and informative. Everyone loved the class and Chef's.

Absolutely loved my cooking class! I took it with my mom, and we had a fantastic time cooking, enjoying wine, and learning professional skills. The chefs were amazing, providing clear explanations and offering personalized guidance to each group. It was a truly wonderful experience that I can't wait to share with family and friends. This was my first time booking a cooking class and I absolutely loved it! Chef Erick and Chef Dagny were such great hosts. The chefs were super nice and very helpful. They made the cooking process fun, engaging and easy for first time cooks! It was a pleasure getting to learn and interact with them. I would 10/10 recommend a cooking class with Chef Erick and Chef Dagny.

Chef Dagney was wonderful - very knowledgeable and fun. We loved the thanksgiving class. I would for sure return if it wasn’t for the fact that there are no chairs to sit down and enjoy your meal. It makes absolutely no sense that we cook and spent all this time preparing our meal and then no time is given for enjoyment of the meal. No chairs, no place setting or making the table. I think the cooking experience is great the enjoyment of the dinner is a zero. And in the end the whole point of cooking is to enjoy a meal. The only reason I am giving it a 4 starts is because chef Dagne is great.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

We were turned away once we were there last night since our class was canceled last minute and unfortunately had already been sent out to buy wine for the class. And was told we were notified and sent a refund but I have received nothing so can someone please get back to me about this

This was a class at in Miami. You share a table with another couple and while they do have you wash your hands, they have you combine your food with the other couple. I did not like that. You should have your own cooking station. They also had to many people in our class and we were placed on an outside table that didn't have enough ingredients. It was also very fast paced, and the teachers seemed annoyed when some of the people needed more time or assistance.

I thought the class was fine. The food we cooked was tasty but it did seem like we were just putting ingredients together in a rushed format. I thought there should have been more of an opportunity to make the raviolis, everything seemed rushed and a bit hectic. Also I wish we could have had Togo boxes but all we got was a ziplock and there was so much food waste. Also, we did not get the recipes and thought that would have been nice. Overall the instructor was swift but definitely seemed a bit like she was racing against the clock to get through everything.
