Work together to prepare—then enjoy—a fresh, gorgeous outdoor dinner.

Spend a relaxing evening with your colleagues under the guidance of Chef Carolina, who will teach your team how to prepare breezy California-inspired dishes. You’ll start off by nibbling on an antipasti spread provided at the beginning, then roll up your sleeves and get to work on the main courses.

Bond with your team as you prepare carrot-ginger soup, bruschetta and chicken using fresh ingredients for which California is famous like olives, avocados, rosemary, and kale. After you’re done, you’ll dine together finishing off the evening with a variety of desserts such as almond-chocolate chip cookies, brown butter sea salt cookies, and other sweet bites (some of which are gluten-free)

Your team is welcome to bring their own wine or beer to enjoy with the class.
