Discover all the basics for crafting an elevated charcuterie board in this hands-on cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Kyle, you'll. learn how to make ingredients and combine flavors into a delicious presentation.
First, learn the techniques to make a smooth and rich chicken liver mousse with Port gelée. Next, you'll practice making pâté with pork ciccioli and the basics of pickling from scratch. Next, master cutting hard and soft cheese with different slicing techniques. Finish the class by building your charcuterie and cheese board with inspirational ingredients.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
