Just where do you even begin when it comes to Indian cooking? Because of its density and use of so many spices, for many it’s a cuisine that seems impossible to try going in on your own. Let Chef Meenu assuage your fears when it comes to preparing Indian fare properly by beginning with a thirty minute presentation on the different spices used to make it, and how different regions of India use each. Then, you’ll dive right into creating a few traditional dishes like chicken tikka masala and gobi mattar. Forget take out and learn all there is to know about preparing delicious Indian food all on your own, and satisfy any lingering questions you might have by asking Chef Meenu in a Q&A at the end. She allows you to BYOB to enjoy with the meal at the end, but limits to only one bottle per person.
